Children attending Homam at Samskara Shibiram 2025, organized on Sunday in Tirupati organized by Ramakrishn Mishrama in Tirupati.
Up to 60 children on Sunday was attended by “Homam” in Samskara Shibiram (Summer Camp) organized by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama. Students from classes 5 to 10 are taught yoga, art and crafts, Bhajans, Sanskrit close, Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Indian culture, except for skills such as wreath, self -defense, archery, Karrasam, in the camp.
The Ashram Secretary Swami Sukritanand, who referred to Homam as a “internal cleaning ritual”, ensured that the students participated. The children offered a “bilwa” sheet into a sacrificial fire and folded five oaths, praying for education, physical fitness, character, truthfulness and disciplined life.
Secretary Ashrama said, “Students felt rejuvenated after the ritual. During the camp, the importance of respecting older, especially parents and teachers, is also explained. The 21 -day camp closes on May 18.
