District collector Ch. Nagarani said on Friday (September 5, 2025) that the West Godavari district ensured the highest position in providing services in government hospitals in Andhra Pradesh.
Mrs. Nagarani, referring to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, stated that infrastructure facilities and timely monitoring of services offered in government hospitals guaranteed the necessary better medical services.
Infrastructure facilities in the District Hospital Tanuku, the Center of Maje at the Bhimavaram Government Hospital and strict measures against employees for failing to fulfill their duties contributed to the district that appeared as the best district in offering government services, Mrs. Nagarani said.
