The Karnatak High Court was rejected with the cost of 50,000 GBP for a petition that was looking for a direction to remain the release of Jolly LLB 3, scheduled to release on Friday, and claims that certain dialogues in the trailer of the film are intended and are intended to renounce and ridicule the court system.
The divisional bench composed of the main judge of Vibhu Bakhr and the judiciary of cm Joshi approved the order and rejected the petition filed by Syed Neelufur, the city advocate.
The petitioner who claimed that the whole film could contain more “derogatory” comments on the court system, when there were only a few trailers themselves, looking for the direction of the central album for film certification to re -review the film and allow it to release it only after the “unpleasant” dialogues were removed.
The petitioner was also looking for the direction of the Government of Karnataka and Maharashtry to register the criminal cases against the producer, director and actors of the film under the provisions of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhith for gossiping against the court system.
The bench noticed that the film belongs to the comedy genre, and it noted that it is clear that the depiction of the scene of the courtroom in the film seems to try to reach a sense of audience humor, but may not like the designer’s sense of humor.
The bench also described the petition as unauthorized judicial time and at the same time impose the costs of the petitioner.
The bench also explained that if the costs are not imposed on the judiciary, the petition will be re -stated to launch the coercive steps against the petitioner.
