The Air India Express pilot, which was on board 103 passengers, asked for an emergency landing and returned to the port city after leaving Hyderabad.
“After the departure of the Visag, the pilot reported a problem in the engine. He asked for an emergency landing and returned to the visag. The flight landed safely and the passengers were Debonated,” Reddy said.
Alternative arrangement
After an emergency landing in Visag, Visakhapatnam Airport also said that alternative measures are carried out for passengers.
The latest Air India Express Flight is coming days after the next flight of the airline operator has suffered a middle air engine failure.
