During the three -day technology festival, the Gravitas’25 organized by the organized VIT VIT ALLORE on Saturday during the three -day technology festival, the Gravitas’25 organized by Vit Vellore.
Events like Robo Wars, Drone Racing, Toycathon, which revolve around the production of scientific toys, Big Bang Theory, and searching on the map were the main events on the second day of the festival, where competitive students were busy checking the details of their innovative equipment such as robo cars.
“Academic years of peer groups at the university are spent on the development of a robot for the competition. Gently tuning robots is always done to maintain the advantage of competitors,” said S. Shanthi Priya.
The winning robot in the RoboWars competition depends on the aggression of Robo, its control and the extent of damage caused by competing robots. Such events help students of engineering gain experience using knowledge in the classroom.
Robots in the match were divided into categories based on a robot’s weight, such as 15 kg and 60 kg, at a distance run by a team outside the ring. The damaged robot in the circle should be repaired in 20 minutes to take part in again, but cannot be replaced by a new robot.
Other attractions in the competition were drones. The teams involved have made their drones to negotiate a number of obstacles, such as structures in the shape of an arch and poles to a distance of about 200 meters. Drones should not intervene these obstacles. Drones that last less time to reach the target line are the winners.
The competition also provided a platform for students to operate their own startups. Title as Capital Hunt, experienced investors in the beginning industry were included in the leadership of students about the nuances of successful startups.
The career exhibition also provided a bridge between talent and opportunity to help students who are not Vits and winners of several hackathons and technical competitions won as prizes as an internship.
More than 40,000 participants participate during the three -day event. Prize pool for gravitas’25 exceeds £ 30, including cash and prices. More than 60 experts in the field have been involved as persons on resources across workshops and seminars, making the Gravitas’25 a center of mentoring, sharing knowledge and innovation.
