Part of the Royals settings since 2013 and their captain since 2021 Samson has been a key figure on the way of franchise in the last decade. One of the most conjurious artists in the IPL, the dough born in Kerala has accumulated more than 4000 runs in the tournament and is one of the several selected with three centuries according to his name. In his first season, as a captain in 2021, Samson scored 484 runs, including an unforgettable 63-moon against Kings in Captain. He watched it in 2022 with another strong campaign, scored more than 400 runs and led Royals to their second IPL finals. The 2024 season was a personal peak, when Samson encountered 531 runs on average 48.27 and a strike rate of 153.47. Over the years, its IPL performance has also been reflected in a more regular place in Indian white wheels. After the debut of the T20i in 2015 and the debut Odi in 2021, Samson had a breakthrough year in 2024. In the range of five matches he broke three hundred T20i, one at home against Bangladesh and two on a tour in South Africa. No other dough in one calendar year scored more T20i.

If Sanju Samson leaves Rajasthan Royals to which he should join?
Samson spent almost his entire career with Royals, except for the 2016 and 2017 season, when the franchise was suspended. During this period he played for Delhi Capitals. In the last season, IPL performed in nine matches before he was expelled from half of the tournament due to injury. He received 285 runs on average 35.62 and a strike rate of 140.00. Remarkably, he did not lead the captain in all nine matches. The thumb injury meant that in the first three games he played purely like a dough, while Riyan Parag led the team in his absence. Samson returned to the captain before the next injury during the match against Delhi Capitals re -forced him to go out, with Parag as a captain again. Since its debut IPL for Rajasthan Royals in 2013 at the age of 18, Samson represented the team in 11 seasons, more than any other player. He performed in 149 matches for the franchise and leads their graphs of all time with 4027 runs out of 144 shifts on average 31.70 and a strike rate of 141.24. It also holds a record for most 50 plus scores for Royals, after registering 27 such knocks, including two centuries and the 25th 1950s.
