The southwest railway decided to operate special train services between the SSS Hubballi – Yeswantpur and Yeswantpur – the central station mangalur in favor of the railway passengers and clean another rush during the “Ganesh Chaturthi” festival
During the festival season, SWR also modified the services of several trains.
SWR previously announced that train No. 07341/07342 SSS Hubbali – Central – SSS Hubballi Express Special (One Trip) via Yeswantpur was scheduled to run on 26.08.2025 from SSS Hubbal and 27.08.2025 from Mangalur. Now the operation of these services has been modified as follows:
Train No. 07341/07342 SSS Hubbali – Yeswantpur – SSSS Hubbali Express Special; Train No. 06251/06252 Yeswantpur – Central Mangaluru – Yesvantpur Express Special; and train No. 06253/06254 Yeswantpur – Central Mangaluru – Yeswantpur Express Special.
Special trains
Nose train. 07341/07342 SSS HUBBALLI – YESWANTPUR – SSS HUBBALLI Express Special (1 Trip):
Train No. 07341 SSS Hubballi – Yeswantpur Express will leave the SSS Hubbali at 15:30 on August 25 and on the same day will reach Yeswantpur on the same day. Train No. 07342 Yeswantpur – SSS Hubbali Express Special will leave Yeswantpur at 12:15 in the morning 28th August and reach SSS Hubballi at 9.45 hours on the same day.
A special train stops in SMM accidents, Harihar, Davangere, Biurur, Arsikere and Tumacura in both directions.
Similarly, Train No. 06251 Yeswantpur – Central Express Special Mangalur will leave Yeswantpur at 23.55 hours 25th August and the next day will get to Central Mangalur at 11.45 hours. In the direction of return, train No. 06252 will leave the Central Mangalur at 13:00 August 26 and will reach Yeswantpur on the same day at 22:40.
Train No. 06253/06254 Yeswantpur – Mangaluru Central – Yeswantpur Express Special (another service) (1 trip):
Train No. 06253 Yeswantpur – Central Mangalur will leave Yeswantpur at 26 August at 23:55 and will reach the Central Mangalur next day at 11.45 hours. In the direction of return train No. 06254 Mangaluru Central – Yeswantpur Express Special will leave the Central Mangalura 27. August at 14:15 and the same day at 23:30.
