Telangana BJP President N. Ramchander Rao Has Slammed and ₹ 25 Crore Defamation Notice on Deputy Chief Mallu Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and South An Unconditional Public Apology for His ‘Illlegal’ and ‘Unlawful’ Acts of Making False Imputations Against University of Hyderabad (UOH) Research Scholar Rohith Vemula Causing Him ‘Serious Agony’ and damage “irreversible”.
