
The High Court in Kerala appointed Akash S. for Amicus Curiae to help the court to formulate instructions for the functioning of professional committees that were considered to consider cases of medical negligence.
The state informed the court that there were no instructions on how the Committee should operate because it was established on the instructions of the Supreme Court.
In addition, the court stated that the absence of instructions should be considered by the doctor before sending the message and also serve a copy of the report on the physician concerned, he added.
