The Forensic Scientific Laboratory Telangana (TGFSL) was marked on Wednesday on Wednesday as a “government testing of electronic evidence” under section 79a of the Information Technology Act 2000 of 2000 of 2000 of 2000.
With this announcement, the TGFSL is now accredited by the NABL to examine, analyze and certify digital evidence. This development not only increases the admissibility of such evidence in courts throughout the country, but also increases the legal authority of the laboratory and institutional credibility.
“Digital Forensics Lab Digital Forensics solves an average of 50 cases a month involving diverse formats and devices of digital storage, which include damaged hard drives and mobile phones.
In particular, TGFSL has also set a national measure by favorable forensic reports in POCSO cases in accordance with the Supreme Court’s instructions.
