Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi along with INDIA Bloc MPs on Thursday paid tribute to students who ended their lives due to NEET-UG paper leak.
The opposition MPs boarded the bus and headed for the Gandhi Smriti.
In a post on X after the INDIA Bloc meeting at his residence, Gandhi said the opposition stood with the students who were injured during the July 20 police action.
“Right now the MPs and leaders of the INDIA alliance are peacefully heading to the Gandhi Smriti on Tees January Marg. We are going to remember the students we lost – the children who took their lives after the NEET paper leak. And we are going to stand with the students who are lying wounded today – beaten for peacefully demanding justice and accountability. Indian students are not alone. They stand with them and their entire opposition.
