Former Minister of Finance and Project Advisor Vijnana Keralam TM Thomas Isaac emphasized the need to increase the participation of women’s workforce for progress and development of Kerala.
While the participation of men’s workforce is 70%, the participation of women in Kerala is still below 40%. He said that this gap at sex can be reduced by increasing work skills and opportunities for women, said Dr. Isaac. On Thursday he dealt with a discussion organized in connection with the upcoming Mega Job in Thrissur 26 April.
The event called “Employment and Growth – Dialogue with Dr. TM Thomas Isaac” was part of the HR Conclave led by Vijnana Keral (Thrissur). Kerala Institute for Local Administration Facilitator ANOOP KISHORE President.

Among the 1,53,000 job seekers registered in the district would be devoted to training and support participating in the fair to secure jobs. In this effort, 24 working stations and 94 centers for facilitating are operated in the district.
The director of K-DISC (Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council) Ma Suma provided an explanation of the program.
The event was attended by Deputy Director of the District Industrial Center LIN George, Minister of the Association of the Industrial Association of Keral Nobi Joseph and senior vice president of the Association of Thrissur C. Padmakumar.
