
Lucknow Super Giants batsman Josh Inglis returned to the playing XI for the crucial IPL 2026 match against Chennai Super Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday and made an immediate impact with the bat.The Australian wicketkeeper-palter joined the IPL midway through the season. Inglis played against Mumbai Indians earlier in the season but failed to make an impact and suffered an injury later in that match which forced him to miss the next match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru.After recovering from injury, Inglis made a comeback against CSK and played one of the best knocks for LSG this season. Attacking from the start, he took full advantage of the restrictions on the pitch and reached his half-century in just 17 balls.
