The Constitution of India is not man-centred but rather life-centred. Through this Institute, Dr. BR Ambedkar a clear framework for equality, said CS Dwarakanath, senior advocate and former chairman of the Karnataka State Backward Classes Commission.
He was speaking at the Ambedkar Jayanti program held at Kuvempu Hall of Rani Channamma University (RCU) on April 14. It was jointly organized by the study department of Dr. BR Ambedkar at RCU and Dr. Training, Research and Extension Centre. BR Ambedkar in Bengaluru.
