Hindu Home Expo at Kochi LuLu Mall on 4th, 5th July

The 9th edition of The Hindu Home Expo will be held at LuLu Mall, Kochi on 4th and 5th July.

The event will showcase over 125 properties from 20 leading builders ranging from ₹55,000 to ₹5 crore, including apartments and villas, across prominent locations in the city. Coinciding with the NRI season, the exhibition will provide a platform for home buyers in and around Kochi to own their dream homes at special prices and lowest bank interest rates in preferred locations.

Only Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) approved projects will be on sale at the fair. The event is organized by CERA Sanitaryware Ltd. Highlights of the fair include special offers from builders, reduced bank interest rates and convenient shopping hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm Site visits will also be arranged from the venue.

While the main participants will be the member developers who are part of the Indian Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations, other leading builders will also showcase their properties. Three leading banks are participating in the event, which will offer home loan schemes to visitors of the fair at discounted interest rates.

Kochi Mayor VK Minimol will inaugurate the event on July 4 at 11 am
