Owned by STEAG Power, a German energy company, SESI offers operations and maintenance, digital solutions and comprehensive engineering and management consultancy services for conventional and renewable energy sources in India, Botswana, West Asia and other markets.
According to Bluspring Enterprises, the acquisition through its subsidiary will significantly strengthen Bluspring’s position in the global electricity market and should increase margins, earnings per share (EPS) and long-term value. Bluspring will also bring over 7 GW of assets under management, nearly 2,000 specialists and STEAG India’s strong engineering, consulting and digital skills.
STEAG India has two subsidiaries which will become subsidiaries of Bluspring New Horizon One after the acquisition.
