Police arrested YouTuber named Wasim Akram of Palwal in Haryana for charging the espionage for Pakistan’s news (ISI) and its high commission, the PTI press agency reported and quoted officials.
The development comes months after YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra was arrested on the accusations of sharing sensitive information with Pakistan.
According to Akram police, Kot Village resident in the Palwal district, shared videos about Mewat history on YouTube. Wednesday was taken into custody.
Over the past three years, he contacted Pakistani agents and reportedly delivered SIM cards, the officials said.

Akram’s arrest followed days after the Palwal Police detained another Pakistani spy Taufiq, who provided the authorities information about Akram.
