“Yogandhra” programs organized in Tirupati

Yoga is an elixir that could help achieve balance, peace of mind and self-confidence, said TTD Executive Director Muddada Ravichandra.

In his inaugural address at the ‘Yoga – TTD Arogyananda’ program held at the Mahati Auditorium on Sunday (7 June 2026) in preparation for the ‘International Day of Yoga’ on 21 June, he urged all employees to participate in daily yoga sessions from 7 to 21 June and insisted on regular exercise for physical and mental well-being.

Another executive Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary and Joint EO A. Sarath identified yoga as a gateway to stress management and also release inner strength.

TTD staff, students from its educational institutions, ‘Srivari Sevaks’ (volunteers) participated in yoga classes. A special audio visual presentation and demonstration on Surya Namaskar was done.

A similar program was conducted at Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park (SVZP) under the leadership of Joint Collector R. Govinda Rao, in which more than 2,500 people participated.
