YC seeks CM’s intervention over bad photo in PSC bulletin

The Youth Congress (YC) has filed a complaint with Chief Minister VD Satheesan seeking action for publishing a photo of Shuhaib murder case accused Akash Thillankeri in the official Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) bulletin instead of award-winning screenwriter Rajesh Thillankeri.

The complaint was filed by Youth Congress general secretary Rahul V. alleging that the error was a serious misconduct and demanding action against those responsible.

According to the complaint, the official PSC bulletin dated May 15 had Akash Thillankeri’s photograph next to Rajesh Thillankeri’s name in a note titled Samakalikam on the last page. The article was about the 49th Kerala Film Critics Awards and mentioned Rajesh Thillankeri as the winner of the Best Screenplay award. However, Akash Thillankeri’s photo was allegedly posted instead of Rajesh Thillankeri’s photo.

The complaint demanded a detailed investigation into the incident.
