Rajkonwar shared that he had received a return of eggs from reporting, but he said it was not a solution. “It’s just a control of damage. The real problem is to control quality.”
The blogger said that the blinks addressed to him and said, “Providing the quality of the product is the highest priority for us and we take such concerns very seriously.”
The company apologized for his experience with blinking and said, “Please share your order ID via DM so we can explore it with a priority. We appreciate it to warn you.”
Rajkonwar, however, stressed that at least 20% of people in the comment section faced the same problem.
Therefore, he said that when the main society supplies food, especially essentials such as eggs, quality control must be properly controlled before sending. “And if third -party retailers are involved, the manager or owner of the seller should be responsible for ensuring that the product meets the basic standards.”
