
With the growing level of floods in the Godavari River, officials of various departments were asked to remain on the emergency room and take measures to prevent the loss of a person in the district of Eluru.
On Sunday evening, the flood level in Bhadrachalam was recorded at 33.7 feet, said Central Water Commission (CWC) officials. The authorities for irrigation stated that the water level was 30,400 meters on the Polavram project, and the officials released 5.52 Lakh Cusecs to the downstream.
