Police have arrested two men for allegedly misbehaving with women walking on the street in Yelahance.
The incident took place on April 21 on the Kogilu main road and was caught on the dashcam of a car traveling on the same road. In the video, the accused is seen riding a scooter with his accomplice in a car. The rider on the pillar misbehaved with two women who were walking in the opposite direction.
