Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is preparing for the annual brahmotsavams Lord Venkateswar scheduled for September 24 until October 2.
He chair the audit meeting at a high level with the heads of various departments, other Executive Director of Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary urged officials on Thursday to prepare a detailed plan and complete the measures in a strict adherence to the timetable.
“Garuda Vahanam” 28 September
Brahmotsavam will start with “Ankurpanam” September 23, followed by “Dwajarohanam” (lifting the flag) on September 24th. The key events include “Garuda Vahanam” 28 September, “Rathotsavam”, 1 October and “Chakrasnam” 2. October, October 2, 2. Period for 10 and 7 PM and 7 PM. Koil Alwar Tirmanjanam, Prelude Festival, will be organized on September 16th.
With the exception of those dignitaries who come personally for Darshan, TTD decided to cancel VIP Darshans during the festival period. Similarly, certain privileged Darshan formats, such as those that have expanded for seniors, people with disabilities, parents with infants, nri and donors, will also remain suspended during this period.
The staff of the alertness and police departments has been instructed to carry out a robust safety plan, including efficient operation, plans and parking measures. The priority would be connected to the line management line, the distribution of “Anna Prasadam” (free meal) and maintaining hygiene along Mada streets.
Aesthetic decorations, including electric lighting, floral and fruit displays, would be organized to improve the devoted atmosphere. TTD also plans to invite young volunteers to serve as Srivari Sevaks to help pilgrims in providing quality services.
Two -wheeled frames
Movement of two rounds on Tirumala road Ghat would be forbidden from 21:00 to 6:00 29. September 29 September. TTD also ordered officials to store adequate amounts of Laddus to satisfy demand during the brahmotsavam.
