Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (BCCI Photo) NEW DELHI: All eyes were once again on teenage batting sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi as he came out to open the batting for India A in their crucial Tri-Nation A Series clash against Afghanistan A at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla.The innings began with high drama as Sooryavanshi found himself at the center of a controversial decision by the third umpire.The left-hander appeared to have been dismissed after Faridoon Dawoodzai took a stunning one-handed catch at point off the bowling of Shams Ur Rahman.While the catch looked clean in real time, the third umpire looked at the tape several times and ultimately ruled that part of the ball touched the ground during the completion of the catch. The decision allowed Sooryavanshi to continue with his innings and gave India A an early reprieve.The teenager survived another scare when a straight chance fell at square leg before he began to find his rhythm.
