The district administration in cooperation with the Department of Health and Family Security decided to perform 30 medical camps within the NAAM Kaakkum Stalin program, which started on Saturday.
According to the official edition, these camps will take place in three places in each taluc in the district with a priority of places that have a higher planned caste and economically backward areas. In addition to health control, people would help people enroll in the comprehensive health insurance system of the main minister and persons with disabilities obtain their identity card.
On Saturday, a medical camp took place in Muthupettai and was attended by V. Mohanacandran collector.
The camp in Thanjavur was held in private school premises and was attended by Minister of Higher Education Giov Chezhiaan and collector B. Priyanka Pankajam.
