The main Minister of Pinarayi Vijayan, who comes from A. Ramacandran as an artist who was behind the secular values, said his works of art were a combination that combines contemporary Indian painting with his traditional past and his future. He spoke through the video conferencing after the opening of the Museum A. Ramacandran, dedicated to a renowned painter, established on Sunday in the cultural complex Sree Narayan Guru in Kollam.

He said that the works of Ramacandran, which focused on social transformation, are stricter than their market value. The gallery will become a space where art lovers and students can research. The intervention of the state government in the field of art will help combine painting to masses, he said.
The Minister of Cultural Affairs Saji Cherian, who chaired the meeting, said that in the government attempts to evoke changes in the cultural sector, cultural complexes and educational centers are established in all 14 districts. The Minister of Finance KN Balagopal and the Minister of Animals and Minister for Milk Development J. Chinchurani were present.
CPI (m) Secretary General Ma Baby appreciated his wife A. Ramacandran and painter Chameli Ramacandran and their children Rahul Ramacandran and Sujath Ramacandran. The museum would show complete work of the artist. Together with his paintings, he will present exhibitions of his famous statues, ceramics, signs and children’s books.
