
The regional director of Indira Gandhi National Open University (Igná) Regional Center P. Sarat Chandra on Friday emphasized the problems and solutions of translations of controlled AI.
He lectures a lecture on “navigation in the cultural landscape: challenges and solutions in the translation of English-Tuga-controlled AI” organized by Vit-AP School of Social Sciences and Humanities (VISH), Vit-AP University, which refers to the Teluga Day, reminiscent of Telugu Gidug’s birthday. Mr. Sarat spoke of cultural and linguistic complexities along with natural AI limitations when capturing depth, nuances and context of translations.
On this occasion, speakers spoke of technological challenges and also emphasized the need to preserve the spirit and authenticity of Teluga/English through developing digital media.
He was present Dean for the Vish Priyanka Ghosh and others.
