
Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TgiE), whose decision at the beginning of this year to auction 400 hectares in Kancha Gachibowli created Furore, now suggests that in Raidurg and Osman Nagar in Raidurg and Osman Nagar more than 66 acres.
As in the case of Kancha Gachibowli, the aim of this auction of resources is aiming.
While Raidurg is a well -known center of technology development offices or global centers of some leading companies across industries, Osman Nagar is part of a fast development area, also in West Hyderabad.

71.6 Cr for acre
In accordance with the premium that has become command, Raidurg’s market value is estimated to be 71.6 crore per acre for 7.67 acres; and 63.3 crore for ACR for conspiracy of 11 acres. In two smaller plots, the market value is suspended by a little over 2.16 ₹ Lakh per square yard. (About 4,840 m2 yards produce one acre).
The proximity of Corridors IT, access to the Rail metro and the institutional zone of Raidurg IT as a highly demanding investment destination. Land land in Raidurg is “the main place with exceptional connectivity and commercial importance” and is auctioned on 18 August.
The proposed auction is to earn growth dynamics in the Hyderabad’s business sector and the requirement of top office space, Tgicc said.
