The Hindu religious and charity foundations (HR & CE) suspended the 31 -year -old supervisor of the temple of Arunachalesware after complaining of the temple authorities and accused him of oral abuse.
HR & CE officials stated that a suspended employee, identified as K. Sathish, has worked in the temple for more than ten years. Every day he was responsible for the allocation of work by sanitary staff in the temple. and also for regular visitors in the temple space
The suspension was based on the investigation of J. Bharanithar, a common commissioner (JC), HR & CE. After a woman complained about the temple authorities. About harassment of a supervisor.
The initial investigation revealed that Satish regularly misused hygiene, including the complainant, without valid reasons.
The workers were also asked to work for the mandatory timing of the exchange of eight hours a day.
The questioning team also verified the audio clip – it was a viral, which resulted in a public cry of the incident – in which Satish allegedly abused the complainant over the phone.
