The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) in its special weather report has released a red warning predicting very heavy to extreme rainfall in isolated places in Medak and Kameddy, valid from 13:00 on Wednesday (August 27, 2025) to 8.30 am Thursday.
And a heavy to very strong collision was predicted as much as they like, as they occur in isolated places in Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulug, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Yangaon Bhuvanagiri and Sangareddy.
Strong Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajigiri, Vicrabad, Mahabubnagar, Nagarnoool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Yogulamba Gadwal.

Main Minister A. Revanth Reddy ordered the employees of the Electricity Department to take preventive measures to ensure that devotees are not endangered by electricity poles or transformers located near Vinaak Pandals. Low -lying dams and culverts on rivers, streams – where water overflows – must be closed.
Larger Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Hyderabad Disaster Rester and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), Fire Services, Police and other departments must work to ensure that there is no problem in Hyderabad.

The Minister of irrigation N. Uttam Kumar Reddy is scheduled to organize video conferencing in the afternoon, on flood alleviation measures, current levels in all reservoirs in the Krišna and Godavari basins, drawing capacities in various projects and other aspects.
