SarvePalli MLA and former Minister Somereddy Chandramohan Reddy distributed agricultural equipment to farmers on Sunday in Thotapall Gudur Mandal in the district of SPSR Nellore.
SarvePalli MLA and former Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy said the government was taking all steps to revive the past glory of the agricultural department, which has suffered in the last five years because of “incorrect”.
On Sunday he spoke in the program organized in the Varigonda village in Thotapall Gudur Mandal in the Nellore district as he pointed out that the Alliance led by TDP restarted this program distribution of agricultural equipment to farmers.
He stated that the Ministry of Agriculture was breathing on the previous YSR (YSRCP) Congress register, suffering a serious failure, while farmers had to undergo serious financial stress due to the shelf of several well -intended schemes.
“The current government is taking all the steps to breathe life into these schemes to benefit farmers, which is considered to be necessary to revive the lost glory of the agricultural department,” said Mr. Chandramohan Reddy.
Interestingly, during 2014–2019 he led the portfolio of agriculture during the former Teluga Stint Desam Party (TDP).
“The government offers drones worth £ 10 for a subsidized rate of 2 lakh for farmers. This is a historical decision,” he said. The legislature called on farmers to visit the Secretariat of the villages to check their status in the recipient list “Annadata Sukhibhava”.
