Police moved a 17 -year -old girl from Tamil Nadu and her newborn to the Government shelter in Kozhikode after the intervention of the Children Care Committee (CWC).
The Balusse police station officers said this step was part of the legal and protective measures initiated for these two after the alleged sexual abuse of a minor girl appeared when she recently released a child.
According to investigators, the girl and the child were made before CWC 10 October and details were detained to protect her identity. “Although we managed to collect details of the accused of Tamil Nadu, it was necessary to further clarify the confidential reports of his suspicious death recently,” he said.
The estate and her parents lived in a rented house in Balusse for several years. Police sources said that the involvement of other persons in the incident is being verified.
