The leaders of the Indian Federation of Student Federation (SFI) referred to the State Council for University Education Andhra Pradesh (APSCHE) on Sunday to maintain the dual main system in higher education programs.
In his statement, the President of SFI P. Rammohan and Secretary K. Prasann Kumar criticized the Council for what they described as “new policy every day” and called the conversion of the double main system – after originally approved – as “irresponsible”. This step, as stated, caused a widespread confusion among students.
Student leaders also strongly descended the Minister of Hrda Loket for alleged continuing policies similar to those previous government. They required a reduction in internships, an increase in credit points for smaller subjects and providing scholarships, and security measures for students carrying out internships in cooperation with the relevant sectors.
Delay of the process of acceptance
The SFI leaders, who have gained a strong exception to the delay in the start of the offline acceptance process, stressed that the transitional results were announced three months ago. They warned against starting agitation if the government did not work according to their requirements.
