
Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced to … Friday in a sordid criminal case that could keep him for years. His court began on May 12 and continued until the final arguments of the 26th June lawyers.
What were Sean Combs convicted?
Hip-hop tycoon was convicted of flying people across the country for sexual meetings, including his girlfriends and male sex workers.
The jury then liberated Combs, 55, more serious blackmail of plot and trading fees that could postpone him for life.

The day before his conviction, Combs apologized and expressed “how honestly I am sorry for all the injuries and pain I caused” in a letter to the US district judge ARUN Subramananian.
“Diddy” asked Subramanian for mercy and declared himself “reborn” after realizing he was “broken into my core”.

Who said what during Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ convicts 10 points
1. American judge Submaranian says that advisory instructions indicate that he will condemn 70-87 months in prison. That’s about six to seven years.
Submararanian said he sees no reason to leave the conviction instructions, giving the first a clear indication of what Diddy’s prison time might look like.
Combs also questioned its guilt “full”, which means that they may not receive any adjustments to the acceptance of responsibility, Subramanian said according to NBC News.

2. Federal prosecutors said that Combs should serve for more than 11 years in prison for convictions and claim to be “inconspicuous” and be punished after “deals with violence and fear”.
However, the defense focused on a 14 -month sentence that could be time. Diddy has already served in prison for just over 12 months, which would be deducted from any last sentence.
3. The American judge Subramanian said that while Combs was exempt of certain accusations, the judgment does not deprive him of basic behavior such as violence and coercion. It also does not mean that such behavior is not irrelevant for convictions, the judge said.

“They were ridges who organized sexual parties and hired men, and they paid money for them,” the judge said.
4. The judge also noted that Combs did not regret the accusation of the transport of people to prostitution, which the judge said that he was completely contrary to the reality and his reception of liability.

Driscoll says the Combs case has “serious differences” with other cases where Mann Act was used. The defense quoted other cases where the defendants earned money from trading women and gained lower penalties than what the government recommends.
Mann’s act, went through in 1910, criminalizing the transport of women and girls for “the purpose of prostitution or debauchery or for any other immoral purpose”.
6. Prosecutor Christy Slavik said that CombS had organized a speaking from next week, which she called “Hubris’s height” in the face of Friday’s conviction.

7. All adults of Combs addressed the court. Through the sobbers, they asked the judge to send his father home. Here’s what each of them said:

Christian Combs, 27 years old, son with late model Kim Porter: “He taught me to treat women with respect. He treated my mom as a queen.”
Chance Combs, 19: “We all felt a huge emptiness in our lives.”
Jesse Combs, 18 years old, daughter with Porter: “Your honorableness is still our dad.”
Delila Combs, 18 years old, daughter with Porter: “We can’t see how our sister grows up without a father in the same way as we grew up without a mother … Please give our family a chance to recover.”

8. Sean Combs addressed the judge, expected to be the last person to speak before the convictions were made. During the court proceedings he did not testify and previously spoke briefly to thank the judges at the end of the court.
Combs began to thank the judge for giving him a chance to “finally speak for himself”. He also apologized “All victims of domestic violence”, he added: “I want to personally apologize to Cassie Ventura.”
Then he turned to his children and everyone with the name addressed, “I want to apologize to my seven children … I’m sorry. They deserved it better.” Then he faced his mother Janice and offered her an apology.
Said Janice: “I didn’t want to hurt you, I’m sorry to pull you into this mess.”
He acknowledged his unlawful conduct and continued, “My actions were disgusting, shameful and sick.”
Finally, Combs said to the judge that he was taking full responsibility for his behavior and said, “I was lost over the surplus, I was lost in my ego.”

9. Judge Arun Subraminian took the bench and began to speak and told Combs that the court had to consider all its history.
Sean Combs sentenced to 50 months, almost four years in prison and described evidence against him as “massive”. The judge referred to the “Savage Video” showing Combsie Ventura attack in the hotel corridor along with the photographs “Gashes and Bruises”. He said that as a discouraging means, a considerable sentence is necessary and to send a clear message.
10. Judge Subramanian stated that the punishment aims to send a strong signal to the public and call it “a message to the rapist and victims”.
He told the court that the victims who had applied should feel confidently that the performance can lead to real consequences, while the rapists should consider such punishment as a clear bounce.
