The Supreme Court Association (SCBA) immediately terminated the membership of the lawyer Rrakesh Kishhore after being found guilty of a “serious misconduct” for attempting to throw a shoe on the main judge of India Brvai inside the courtroom.

“The Executive Committee will find that these behavior represents a direct attack on judicial independence, the sacredness of the courtroom and the long -term relationship of mutual respect and the trust between the bar and the bench.

“The Executive Committee, which was properly considered with the incident and severity of such a misconduct, is considered to be the opinion that the continuation of Mr. Rrakesh Kishhore as a temporary member of the SCBA would be completely contrary to the dignity and discipline expected from the members of this association,” said the SCBA resolution.
Who is Rrakesh Kishhore?
Rrakesh Kishhore, born September 10, 1954, entered Bar Counda in Delhi (BCD) in 2009 at the age of 55. According to the Indian Express report, he lives in Mayur Vihar Phase 1.
