When Russia maintained its offensive against Ukraine, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andria Sybiha claimed that Russia was “the only obstacle to peace”.
Mr. Sybiha, with reference to peace interviews in Jeddah, said that Ukraine agreed with the proposal for a ceasefire.
“Russia refused to agree, instead set conditions and requirements,” he said.
From March 11 to April 11, Russia fired nearly 70 missiles of different types, more than 2,200 drones and more than 6,000 led air bombs, he said.
