The administrative tussle at Keral University continues to cook, and the deputy chairman Mohanan Kunnummal will launch measures to retain the salary of the registrar of the KS Anil Kumar.
Vice -President, who remains firmly on the suspension of the registrar, despite the Syndicate claims that he was canceled, ordered the financial official to take the necessary steps in this respect. The officer was ordered to stop paying the salary of Dr. Kumara, and at the same time allow only a living allowance in accordance with the rules of the service.
Dr. Kunnummal suspended a registrar of service 2 July by calling for his special powers under the University Act. However, the members of the Syndicate left claimed that the suspension had canceled 6 July, despite the Chancellor’s representatives and resigned and left the meeting. The joint registrar of P. Harikumar, who worked as a registrar in the continuous period, subsequently issued an order for formally renewal of Dr. Kumar. Mr Harikumar was delivered for these events notifications of the cause, allegedly made at the Syndicate members.
Despite the vice -chairman, who assigns the duties of the registrar to the director (planning and development) Mini Dejo Kappen, Dr. Kumar continues to report to his office and reportedly affects the instructions issued by a syndicate.
