Rural development and Minister Panchayat Raj and Kalaburagi district, who are in charge of Priyank Kharge, continued visits to the floods of the affected villages in Chittapur and Kalagi Taluks on Saturday, assessed damage caused by continuous currents and rivers in the district and cooperated with the inhabitants.
In the village of Hale Hebal in Chittapur Taluk, where the water from the Bennithor reservoir entered the houses, Mr. Kharge inspected the collapsed house and ordered officials to survey the damaged apartments. “I want a complete report on the extent of damage at first so that compensation can achieve families without delay,” he told officials.
The villagers pushed the settlement permanently. He replied to them, and Mr. Kharge said he would return to explore this demand in detail after the rain retreated.
“If it is necessary to move, we will explore how many families are willing to find a collective solution,” he said, ordering another representative of Commissioner Rayapp HunASgi and Commissioner Sahity assistant to hold a gram Sabha on this matter.
Later the Minister visited the village of Kanasur, flooded by the Bennithor River. The inhabitants also urged there to move. “Your concerns are real. After the situation is released, I will re -adjust and take over this demand for a permanent solution,” he promised them.
Mr. Kharge in Malaghan Village, where both heavy rains and floods were destroyed houses and crops, traveled in Kalagi Taluk. He ordered the CEO of Zilla Panchayat Bhanwar Singh Meen to prepare a comprehensive report on the flood villages in Chittapur and Kalagi Taluks within one week.
After checking the field of sugar cane damaged by water, he told the common director of agriculture Samad Patel to make sure the farmers would not be left in need. “Survey of crops loss immediately and submit replacement data,” the Minister told the officer.
In the village of Gundagurti, Chittapur Taluk, the Minister of Officials asked to prefer a safe relocation of vulnerable families. “Every life is important. Ensure that people in low -laid areas move to safer places without delay,” he ordered.
Mr. Kharge said the government stood with people. “Now we will provide all possible relief and also take steps to mitigate the impact of repeating floods in the future,” he said.
In the village of Gundagurti, Chittapur Taluk, the Minister ordered officials to ensure that the disabled people were moved to safer places without delay.
