
Police are looking for more suspects who allegedly hired young women in an interdental sex missile, which was exhibited during the Lightning Inspecto in the heart of Kozhikode 6 June. According to a statement of six women rescued, similar rented devices for trading in sexual people are reportedly administered.
The police officer who was part of the Lightning Inspecto said that one rescued woman provided details about facilities in other districts that would be verified for further legal steps. He added that women from other countries were also lured into the gang also promises of huge financial profits.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the rocket worked on the basis of the claim that it provided support for the secondary persons to the needy patients in hospitals.
The statements of buildings who allegedly rented the equipment without verifying the addresses of tenants will be further verified by the police. According to sources, some residents raised concerns about foreigners who often visit the apartment.
“It is expected that records of the details of the saved women and three men arrested in connection with the incident will provide a clear picture of the rocket network and those who contacted them. We also collected CCTV shots from various places,” the police officer involved in the investigation. He added that the registration numbers of suspicious vehicles found near the premises were under further verification.
The police found that one of the rescued women was allegedly involved in a previously exposed sex missile in the state. They said her suspicious role as an agent of a more vulnerable woman in a network for sex trading would be explored. Details of the bank account of rescued women and three men would be explored to collect more evidence of financial transactions, they added.
