Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan at the Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Kondagattu in Jagtial district of Telangana on Saturday.
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan on Saturday visited the Kondagattu Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Jagtial district of Telangana and laid the foundation stone for the construction of Deeksha Viramana Mandapam (renunciation hall) and 96-room choir (pilgrim’s resting place) at an estimated cost of Ti19₹cro Devastrum. (TTD).
Mr. Pawan Kalyan offered new sacred robes (vastrams) to the deity, fulfilled his vows and offered special prayers.
The head priest Kapindra Swamy conferred the temple honors on him. Commissioner S. Harish and Managing Director T. Srikanth Rao presented him with a portrait of the deity.
Among those present were TTD Board Chairman BR Naidu, Telangana Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar, MLA Medipally Satyam, TTD Board Member B. Anand Sai and Jana Sena Party General Secretary Ram Talluri.
