The three Maoists carrying a total reward of £ 24 were killed in an anti-Maoist operation carried out in the Chhattisgarh district in Bijapor in the last two days, a policeman said on Saturday.
As mentioned earlier, the police said on Friday that two Maoists were killed, another body was won on Saturday for the same operation on Saturday, said Jitendra Kumar Yadav, a superintendent (Bijapur).
“September 12 in Lendra Korcholi (Gangaloor) were neutralized by two Maoist cadres and one rifle. He recovered,” he added.
The deceased were identified as Hidma Podiyam, Munna Madkam and Arun Madkam – all the cadres of different ranks, each carrying a reward for £ 8. The General Inspector Bastar P. Sundarraj added that from January 2024 to 13. September 2025 a total of 432 Maoists were killed in Bastar.
