Officials to examine the annadhanam scheme in the Tiruchendur temple

The Department of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) has appointed a six-member committee to inspect and report on the annadhanam scheme at the Sri Subramanyaswamy Temple in Tiruchendur.

The team will also check all aspects of the plan and rooms in the guesthouses for the devotees to stay.

This is according to a recent inspection conducted at the temple by Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) S. Ramesh. The order issued by Commissioner TG Vinay directed officials at the temple to cooperate with the team. The department transferred the Tiruchendur temple officials last week.
