Officials are reviewing arrangements for the president’s visit on October 14

Collector DK Balaji reviewed the security and protocol arrangements for President Droupadi Murma’s visit. The President will arrive on October 14 (Wednesday), visit Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devastanam and attend the Saras Mela the next day.

Mr. Balaji, along with Krishna District Superintendent of Police (SP) V. Vidyasagar Naidu, Intelligence Officer Arif Hafeez, Gannavaram Airport Director M. Lakshmi Kantha Reddy, Armed Reserve SP T. Anand Babu, Airport DSP K. Dharmendra, Senior Security Officer Ramesh and other officials for checking the Gann airport visit on Sunday.

The Collector directed the officials to coordinate with the President’s security personnel and make necessary arrangements. Police, fire, health and medical, civil supply, food safety and other department personnel should follow the protocol, he said. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Central and State Intelligence, NTR police commissariat.
