The leader of the opposition in the legislative assembly of R. Ashok ruled out the possibility of any changes in the management of BJP in Karnataka.
On Saturday he spoke to reporters, and Mr. Ashok said that there was no discussion of any change in the party’s command in the post of state president or opposition leader.
He said he recently went to Delhi and presented a message because he was instructed to go to the capital every three months and present a message. “After another three months, I will present a message as a leader of the opposition,” Mr. Ashok said.
He also ruled out the possibility of all elections for the post of President BJP at any time. “There’s a lot of time for this process,” he said, adding that the elections would take place in the state after the elections in other countries.
“New cm from Dasar”
Mr. Ashok claimed that this year Dasara will be the new main minister in the saddle.
He said that the change of guard in the state was inevitable by September. In Congress, the “fight” began to occupy the position of the main minister that Mr. Siddaramaiaha would have to leave this period under the “agreement”, he said.
While some congressmen admit the expected changes and claim that there will be little changes, others dealt with a drastic general repairman in the state, he said.
When he pointed out that Mr. Siddaramaiah denied the possibility of such changes, Mr. Ashok said that the main minister had no other option, but to deny the same thing to “save the chair”.
Emergency
Mr. Ashok urged Congress to apologize to the people in the country if he had respect for the Indian Constitution. He wondered whether the congress justified or opposed it. “Without saying anything about him, they allowed to go through 50 years,” he said he claimed that Congress was now exposed to the inhabitants of the country.
Ashok described the storage of an emergency as a “second struggle for freedom” and said that a large number of patriots sent to prison had died in prison. The then Congress government, led by Indira Gandhi, imposed a restriction on the media and arrested opposition leaders.
Regarding the claims of the President of the Mallikarjun Kharge Congress that the BJP government has declared an “unenforced emergency” in the country to declare himself in the country, Mr. Ashok tried to know from the leader of the congress whether the government prevented him from attacking the elections or preventing his son to become a minister.
