Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu along with BJP State President PVN Madhav held a teleconference with NDA Ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs and invited them to participate in the upcoming Atal Sandesh – Modi Good Governance Tour scheduled from December 11 to 25.
Mr. Naidu congratulated the BJP leadership for organizing the tour to inspire the youth with the ideals and legacy of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He stressed that the leaders of all the three alliance partners of the NDA should attend the centenary celebrations.
The Chief Minister recalled Vajpayee’s lifelong commitment to good governance and national development. Coming from an ordinary family, Vajpayee overcame initial hardships to become a leader admired across the country. Elected to the Lok Sabha nine times and the Rajya Sabha twice, he participated in the Quit India Movement at the age of 18 and led India through major moments such as the 1998 Pokhran II nuclear tests and the Kargil War.
Mr. Naidu also highlighted Vajpayee’s visionary infrastructure initiatives, including the Golden Quadrilateral, and his reforms in the telecom and aviation sectors. He said the leadership principles of NT Rama Rao and Vajpayee exemplified commitment to public service and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for working to position India as a global leader by 2047 while motivating the younger generations.
Mr. Madhav said that the first event of the tour will be held in Dharmavaram on December 11, while day programs will be organized in two districts at once. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will attend as the chief guest.
The initiative aims to showcase the NDA’s governance achievements while honoring Vajpayee’s legacy and promoting the principles of good governance at the national level.
