Main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida ordered officials to respond faster to public complaints and applications and ensure that applicants should be regularly informed of the state of their complaints.
He emphasized the use of modern technologies such as AI to strengthen the process. The main minister ordered that the complaints must be addressed within the set time frame and if the application cannot be resolved, the complainant must be provided with a detailed explanation.
During a special revision meeting on the axle of the complaint held on Monday, Mr. Naida emphasized the mandatory collection of AADHAAR numbers and mobile numbers associated with AADHAar to register complaints to avoid fraudulent complaints. He also warned against individuals who repeatedly filed complaints about the same problem to abuse or indicate the insertion of the government system. These cases must be thoroughly examined and details of these individuals should be recorded, he said.
After the complaints are resolved, the feedback should be collected from the complainants, adding Mr. Naida that the district collectors personally follow the complaints they receive directly, contacting the complainants and ensuring a quick solution.
Officials reported the main minister that most complaints, almost 90%, come from only three departments: income, police and municipalities. In the income department, land -related problems increased due to violations during the reconnaissance conducted by the previous government. The main problems include changing the names of landowners in revenue records, repairs in Pattadar Passbooks and inconsistencies in the area of land during reconnaissance. The police department applies to disputes with property, computer crime, marital questions, land conflicts and financial fraud. Similarly, the city department records a high number of complaints, including intervention in government properties, unauthorized structures, violations of building regulations and property tax issues.
