The recent detention of migrating workers from the district of Nadia in West Bengal by the CHATTISGARH Police in the Kondagaon district in the Bastar region caused a stir with Minamolo Mahu Mahu Moora called “Terrorism Sponsored State and the kidnapping of Chhattisgarh,”.
The police said that nine men were detained on July 12 under preventive provisions because they stayed in the district for a longer period of time without providing their documents ordered by the law and being released on Monday (July 14, 2025).
In the video published on X, Mrs. Mitra said that the police had detained nine men, all the inhabitants of her constituency (Krishhnanagar, West Bengal), although they were not informed with the work with full documentation and verification and their families.
