Kerala General Education Minister of Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI (M)) State Committee Member V. Sivankutty on Thursday (July 31, 2025) Demanded That The Authorite Prosecute Seeking to Undermine the Dignity of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tibe (SC/ST) Communities in the country and to expand, violation of the constitution and questioning the principle of reservation anchored in it.
Mr. Sivankutty gained a strong exception to the alleged imputation of Mr. Surendran that the ruling front and opposition deputies and the MLA elected from reserved constituents in Kerala were members of SC/Wed “only on behalf of”.
In his controversial contribution on the social media, Mr. Surendran added photographs of members of the Congress Committee (CWC) and MP MPs, a reserved election district, by 2019, represented by Alathur, a reserved Lok Sabha Constitution.
Mr. Sivanku said that BJP leadership should make Mr. Surendran to withdraw the “derogatory” statement reported by the Minister that “the worldview of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) reflects Hindutva.”
Mr. Sivankutty also described Mr. Surendran as a manifestation of the ambitions of the RSS to condemn Christians, Muslims, minorities and communities SC/ST as Subaltern citizens in the Hindu majoritarity state that follows the oppression hierarchy of castes.
“However, such experiments would not pass through the assembly in secular and progressive keral, which follows the Renaissance values of social reformers,” he added.
