Japan Earthquake Today: A massive 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck Kagoshima Prefecture on Wednesday, May 20, shaking the East Asian country. No damage was reported in the country after the 6.2 magnitude earthquake.
According to reports, the earthquake hit Japan’s Amami region in Kagoshima Prefecture. No deaths or injuries were reported either.
A few hours ago, another 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck near southern Iran on Wednesday, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said.
The quake was at a depth of 14 km (8.7 miles), EMSC said.
