Bengaluru police have arrested a man in his 40s, identified as Haniyuru Chandre Gowda, for allegedly sexually exploiting multiple women and blackmailing them with private photos and videos.
The arrest followed a complaint by the 43-year-old victim. The complainant, a make-up artist, befriended Gowda on a TV serial. According to the FIR, the victim distanced herself from her husband and Gowda promised her help in getting a divorce and gradually became close to her.
